Over the past 13 years, Sara Ness has trained over 10,000 people—including leaders at Google, Dell, and Mindvalley—to communicate with more empathy and authenticity.
She leads social health research for the nonprofit Seek Healing and is a recognized expert in the fields of experience design, conflict negotiation, and community-building.
Her work has led to the founding of 60+ communities, countless relationships, and at least 3 babies.
