We're excited to announce our new tool: Have Better Conversations with Yourself! Have you ever felt internally divided? It can be difficult to know what to do when part of you feels one way, and another part of you feels the opposite. Perhaps you want to work on a project, but you also want to relax in front of the TV. Or maybe you want to accept yourself as you are, but you also have an internal voice telling you that you need to be different. We're here to help! This new tool teaches you techniques from the Internal Family Systems therapeutic framework (while aiming to stay within a scientific perspective). It will help you to get in touch with your different mental parts and develop a more positive relationship with them. This in turn can help you to: • get more clarity on internal conflicts • make progress on difficult problems and dilemmas • feel calmer and happier • have more self-acceptance • have better relationships with others. You'll start by choosing an internal conflict to work with. As you reflect on this problem, you'll meet the mental parts behind the conflict and have a productive, healing conversation with them.
